We rejoice in the baptism of Christopher Barat, who was baptized at the close of the Sydney camp, surrounded by the love and support of his earthly family and his heavenly family. It was a beautiful moment, surrounded by his parents coming from Melbourne and his brother and sister-in-law making the long journey from America to be by his side. What a testament to the power of faith and the strength of family, both here on earth and in heaven!

As Christopher embarks on this new journey, we are reminded of the words in 1 Timothy 4:12 (KJV): “Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.”

Christopher, we are so excited to see you grow in your faith and be part of our Maranatha Church family. We look forward to seeing how God will work in your life.
