A few money notes and coins met in a bank bag and started to “talk” to each other:
“I am so excited to tell you about the places I’ve been! Different countries, fancy hotels, amazing holiday resorts… ” said the $100 bill.
“I have been in some fantastic places too, shopping centres, chemists, restaurants… ” said the $50 note.
“I can’t complain” said the $20 note, “even I went places, bookstores, stationary, offices, schools…”
“You guys are so lucky ” said the $10 note. “I did go some places myself too, but they were mainly charities, second hand shops, fast-food restaurants…”
The coins were silent. The notes turned to them and asked them: “What about you? Were have you been?”
“You know,” the coins answered, ” mainly in churches.”
But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work. 2 Corinthians 9:6-8
